First Responder Therapist

Trauma‑informed. Frontline‑experienced. Family‑connected.

I’m a trauma‑informed therapist specializing in the unique needs of first responders and their families. Before becoming a counselor, I spent years working on the frontline as a paramedic—experience that continues to shape the way I understand stress, trauma, and the culture of first responder life.

My work is shaped not only by my own frontline background but also by having family in law enforcement. I understand the culture, the pressures, and the impact this work has both on duty and at home.

I know firsthand how demanding, isolating, and overwhelming this work can be—and how deeply it affects the people who love you.
